I bought the stove on 27 Aug on LG.com and was given a delivery date of Aug 30th. I thought wow great. Ummm the stove never got delivered. Had to find a way to contact LG to complain and it was not a easy task. Tracked the stove to RXO a delivery company contracted by LG. Setup a delivery date for Sep 12th....NO SHOW Called to inquire on what happened. Told it was my fault as i didnt answer my phone call to setup drlivery...haha nice try. I did respond to the automated call. Got through to RXO and was told Sorry we didnt have a delivery driver. No call to say they werent coming to deliver the stove. When is it going to be drlivered...no date setup. Todays date is Sep 15th. The statement below of getting the stove at a discount what $100 for missing 2 days of work and now a 3rd day or was the $100 a military discount. Either way Im out 3 days of pay which would cover the cost of the stove. Nothing like paying for it twice.

Overall love the oven however I bought this product 1.5 yrs ago and the switchboard has gone bad. Oven is not heating at times and clock digits not lighting up correctly. Warranty is only good for 1 year which is not ideal. I feel LG should back their products better

I bought this stove for our cabin to upgrade to gas cooking. Its beautiful and was very easy to use. The oven cooks evenly. Then the next time I visited the cabin the clock/temp/timer segments started to fail. It seems minor but it makes it so difficult to cook. I bought it 13 months earlier and it was out of warranty. The repair estimate is $300. I called customer service and requested an exception. They said they would have a manager call me within 24 hours and the call never came.

Purchased my gas range 3yrs ago single guy so I dont use the oven much. The oven doesnt work anymore but the top burners work fine. Customer service wants to charge $350 to repair Thats a 3rd of what it cost. I would rather buy another brand with better customer service and better quality.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. More the customer service than the stove itself. Although the enamel in the bottom of the oven is chipping all over and I am told that is a cosmetic issue and they will do absolutely NOTHING about it. I guess its true that they make disposable appliances.

We have had this for a couple of weeks now and really love how nice everything looks with the white cabinets and black stainless appliances. Stove has many features like wifi convection air fry.Have not had a chance to use these other than connect it to the LG thin q app.

I have had this range for approx 3 weeks. I love the features. One of the things I am not happy about is the cook time for the oven. It seems to take a long time to cook the food. For example I cut potatoes into 2 inch chunks the oven was preheated and set at 425 degrees and after 55 minutes they still were not cooked all the way. Also when I used the roast convection feature it seemed to cook uneven.

I wanted an airfryer but didnt have the counter space. So after redoing my kitchen I purchased all LG appliances and absolutely love them. The range with the airfry has really changed the way I cook now. Everything tastes better in the airfryer and thats about the only thing I use as far as the oven. Its a nice stove the top is bigger than my last one even though its the same size. My stove cover does not cover like it did on my last stove. It s only been a month but what I do not like about it you can not put the numbers in for the oven you have to hit the plus to raise it to the temperature you want which is annoying. It does have a quick clean for 10 minutes then you just wipe it clean.

Purchased on 09/01 took about two weeks for delivery arrived without a working oven. Jumped through hoops with LG just to get a repair man out confirmed that control board didnt work ordered replacement part. Went another two weeks to find out part is on backorder waited another two weeks for repair company to follow up with LG to find out theyll need to replace the whole unit but first making me jump back through the previous hoops Ive already jumped through. Stove works great though Couldnt cook a Thanksgiving meal at home which what I purchased it for my wife is not really happy about that especially since we just purchased all new LG appliances for our kitchen. Second guessing that decision.

It makes me incredibly angry that we spent thousands on all BRAND NEW appliances from LG thinking wed gotten good quality appliances that should last. I have been completely meticulous about what I clean my black stainless appliances with however after just a few months our refrigerator finish was chipping off in places nobody touches. And now just a year later on our range the finish is starting to discolor and look like crap. When we tried getting fixed under warranty they dont cover crap because its cosmetic. Cosmetic or not you dont spend thousands on new appliances for your new home expecting them to look like trash in such a short time. Ive taken insane care of these and babied them because I was so happy to have new appliances. Incredibly wrong and frustrating that they dont take care of these issues and unless LG decides to do something to actually make this right I will never ever purchase or recommend appliances from them again

I purchased this item as part of a complete kitchen set just after Memorial Day. To maximize rebates I had to select each appliance individually which required some effort as opposed to buying a predetermined set but we got what we wanted. The stove itself looks really nice and the blue oven interior is really cool. The different sized burners are a nice feature: especially the really large one that brings water to a boil so much faster than my last stove. The middle-burner griddle isnt quite as functional as I thought it would be: with little place for grease run-off its not very functional for anything greasy certainly not bacon and an food that gets knocked off falls below the cooking grates. The grates themselves are large and clumsy to remove for cleaning under them and the area under them collects a lot of food and crumbs. The oven controls show fingerprints badly requiring very regular wipedown. The under-the-oven storage drawer could open/close a little more smoothly than it does but its functional.

Bought a few months ago and not happy with the quality. Wire racks inside are light weight and stove top for some reason is hard to clean the smears off. Gas stove and the burners light weight cast center pieces seem to have their finish coming off. Figure that one out. The range does seem to function properly though. Just miss quality.

Not happy with purchase flame too high on back burner causing panel to bulge and show burn marks after less than 3 months purchasing/using it. Have been dealing with customer service for more than 1 month via chat and phone and they cant seem to stand behind their product or manufacturers warranty although LG technician and retailer technician deemed it defective.

Love this range that is gas. Fires up nicely and the oven heats up quickly. The style is sleek and appealing.
The two things I dont like it that you can add minutes to the timer when baking and the bottom drawer is small and feels cheap.
